Why Neuromodulators?

All of us experience ageing! Wrinkles will then appear of result of active facial expressions and due to the ageing process. Dry skin types might also lead to early signs of ageing. At Revive Aesthetic Spa we offer various treatments with neuromodulator which have multiple advantages including relief from migraines, muscular spasms, wrinkles and excessive sweating.

How does it work?

Neuromodulators are injected into the specific area in liquid form through a few tiny injections. This blocks the release of acetylcholine, the chemical that causes muscles to contract. No anaesthesia is required as the procedure isn’t painful. There may be slight temporary bruising at the injection site, which can easily be covered with makeup. After the quick procedure, you can resume normal activity immediately as no recuperation time is needed.

Why fillers?

As we age we lose volume in certain areas. With injectable dermal fillers we can plump thin lips, enhance shallow contours, soften facial creases, remove wrinkles and improve the appearance of scars.

How does it work?

Dermal fillers work by boosting the skin’s supply of hyaluronic acid, revitalise and adding volume to the skin, instantly diminishing the appearance of lines and wrinkles, and giving a natural softer look. Dermal fillers are a soft injectable gel consisting of stabilized, hyaluronic acid.

Why threads?

A thread lift is a type of procedure wherein temporary sutures are used to produce a subtle but visible “lift” in the skin. Instead of removing the patient’s loose facial skin surgically, Dr Pierre  simply suspends it by stitching up portions of it. This has the effect of pulling the skin back slightly and therefore lifting and tightening the face. In addition to being ideal for lifting the skin, threads combat aging in another way: by provoking the body’s “healing response” and causing the body to direct large surges of collagen to treated areas. This is important because of the vital role collagen plays in the aging process.
